(Short Term Target Based on Scientific Evidence) “

* SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative):
An international initiative established in 2015 by CDP, the UN Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) to define and promote best practices for science-based target setting and to independently evaluate corporate targets.

Our targets certified by the SBTi are as follows:

 A2 Healthcare Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Targets

* No Scope 1 emissions at A2 Healthcare

This certification formally recognizes that our targets are ambitious and aligned with the goals set out in the Paris Agreement (to keep the global average temperature increase well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels and to pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5°C).
